IPL 2009 Cricket League


World is getting head over heals these days, due to liquidity crunch, It seemed like these bidders were crisis proof contradictorily an auction sale was conducted in India (Goa) where cricketers were purchased by the highest bidders for the IPL 20 twenty series that shall be played in India in 2009. England's Kevin Pietersen and Andrew Flintoff were the top most in demand and were worth $1.55 million each. "It was a very worthwhile investment. Kevin topped our wish list going into the auction," Vijay Mallya triumphed. Bangalore's Royal Challengers bidded Petersen along with 17 players for $7.65 million in total. Flintoff was bidded by Chennai Super Kings.
Rajastan Royals defenders of the cup 2008, Deccan Chargers, Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Kings XI Punjab, and Delhi Daredevils fought real hard to buy players for themselves. . Riya Sen shall be the brand ambassador.
The same Mallya who is looking for cost cutting in his King Fisher airlines every now and then by cutting jobs and salaries of employees, was willing to pay even more money for Pieterson if need arised.
